RECOMMENDED PROCESS
Thermal-insulation Material Curing Process In Combination With Small-sized Milling Machine Process.Due to huge work amount, it is slow to conduct heat treatment on site by manual treatment of pits, and long duration imposes great influence on the traffic in particular on municipal traffic.
Curing is generally conducted by small-sized milling machine together with thermal-insulation material truck Milling machine features high efficiency and short duration in handling medium-area crazin, crack, track. upheaval bleeding, loosening. peeling. subsidence. etc. Such work needs much asphalt mixture: heating on site is too late and ll generate much dust, not environmental friendly. Thus thermal-insulation material truck is always adopted for transportation. only a lane is needed for a time, thus enabling quick unloading,fast construction, short road occupation duration. and quick traffic opening The process is in particular applicable to curing for municipal road wasted old asphalt mixture can be quickly recycled to asphalt mixing plant for secondary use to realize recycling by regeneration
Advantages:
realizing strict control of mixture temperature to eradicate influence due to too high or low temperature.
Too high temperature will cause upheaval at both sides of road roller, crack at pavement after rolling as well as asphalt mixture stuck to rolling wheel and material stacking problem at front wheel which will all affect compaction quality of asphalt mixture directly.
In case of too low temperature. rolling will become difficult and is easy to cause track hard to eliminate. and will further cause uneven pavement or even failure of compaction or other side effects. thus, it is necessary to put compaction temperature under strict control.
